How it works

Set it up once. Then read three things instead of two thousand.

Bekom is not another feed. It reads the board against what your company actually holds, so the result is a short list with a reason attached to each line — and a plain account of what would stop you.

01

Your company profile

Registration and CSD number, your compliance documents and their expiry dates, the categories you deliver in, the provinces you cover, and the gradings or licences you hold. This is the part that makes everything afterwards specific to you rather than generic.

  • Company registration and CSD supplier number
  • Tax compliance, B-BBEE, bank confirmation and their dates
  • Sector categories and delivery footprint
  • Gradings, accreditations and licences
02

The board, read against you

Every tender advertised on the official portal, plus private tenders published directly on Bekom by buyers. Each one is measured against your profile and sorted into what you can take on alone, what would need a partner, and what is not worth opening.

  • Public tenders from the official board
  • Private tenders, RFQs and expressions of interest from buyers here
  • Separated into bid alone, needs a partner, and leave it
  • Nothing from email, WhatsApp or any other channel
03

The short list, in the order it binds

Compulsory briefings come first, because a briefing is pass or fail and falls weeks before the closing date. Each tender carries what the buyer will be measuring, where your company stands against it, and which of your own documents will have expired by the closing date.

  • Briefings ahead of closing dates, with venue and joining details
  • What the buyer is scoring, and where you stand
  • Documents tested against that tender’s closing date
  • What is missing, and how long you have to fix it

Plainly

What Bekom will not do

It will not tell you that you are going to win, because nobody can. The award belongs to an evaluation committee, and any service that implies otherwise is selling you something that does not exist. It will not write your proposal for you on the lower plans. And it will never show you a tender that is not on the official board or published here by a named buyer, because anything arriving from anywhere else is the beginning of a fraud, not an opportunity. And it will not ask you to take its word for a tender: every record carries the time we last read the board, and before you commit money to a bid you should confirm the detail against the portal itself.

What you get

Fewer tenders, and a reason for each one.

Only what fits

The tenders you can deliver, separated from the ones you would need a partner for, and the ones you should leave alone.

Where you stand before you start

What the buyer will be scoring, and how your company measures against it, before the week is spent.

The deadline that actually binds

Compulsory briefings first, with the venue, the joining link and a code you can scan to get there.

Your pack, checked against the date

Every document you need, tested against that tender’s closing date rather than the day you last downloaded it.

Partners where you fall short

When a tender needs a grading or a document you do not hold, see exactly what is missing, so you can go and find the partner who has it.

Public and private, one board

Government tenders from the official portal, and private tenders published directly by buyers here as that side fills.
