Pricing
Priced per company, not per keyword.
An alert service priced by the keyword earns more the more it shows you. We would rather show you less, so we charge for the company rather than for the size of the list.

Charging by keyword is what makes an alert service want to show you more. We would rather show you less.

Watch tells you what is on the board in your categories. It does not tell you whether you qualify for any of it, check your documents against a closing date, or tell you what not to bid. That starts at Qualify.

Yes, there are cheaper ones
If all you want is the board in your inbox, buy that instead.
Services in South Africa will send you a tender email from around R120 a month, and several include private-sector notices at that price. On coverage per rand they win, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. What none of them do is read the board against what your company actually holds, which is the part that decides whether the week you are about to spend was worth spending. Price Bekom against that week, not against the cost of an email.
What Bekom does not do
No award history, at any price.
Bekom cannot tell you who won a department's last contract or what they charged. Three alert services sell that and one puts it on a plan under R200, so if it is what you need, buy it from them. Bekom tells you whether you are eligible, what the buyer will be measuring, and what in your own file would end the bid before anyone reads it. It does not tell you what to charge.

A few minutes to set up, and from R500 a month. If the answer is that nothing on the board fits you right now, that is worth knowing too.
